Do your customers have favorite services they often like to combine during the same visit? What if booking those combinations could be made even easier for both them and your salon?

With multibookings, you can offer countless combinations of two or more services. Combination bookings not only make the booking experience smoother for your customers, but they can also increase additional sales and promote your service offering automatically.

Creating multibookings in the Timma Pro calendar works just like creating a regular service booking. You can schedule the services to take place back-to-back without interruptions or add a break between them, if needed.
​

💡 Tip: When creating a multibooking directly in your Timma Pro calendar, you can also assign the services included in the booking to different team members!

Combination bookings can also be made available through your online booking page. When a customer selects their desired services, the booking page clearly displays the time slots when the selected combination is available. The system also suggests additional services related to the chosen service categories.
​

As the name suggests, this feature works like a magnet by pulling bookings closer together. Time magnet helps you manage the rhythm of your workday more efficiently – it works by limiting the available time slots in your online booking calendar so that empty gaps don’t appear in the middle of your day.
​

You can choose the time magnet setting that best suits your needs from three options: light, normal, or strict. This helps you avoid unnecessary gaps between appointments and prevents isolated bookings from appearing in the middle of your schedule.

Processing time in Timma is every multitasker’s best friend. A quick fringe trim while hair color develops for another client? Or a snack break while a face mask works its magic? You decide!

By using processing time, you can unlock the full booking potential of your day – either by serving multiple customers at the same time or by scheduling your breaks during the passive stages of a service.

Simply add the processing time for each service in the service settings. The system will then automatically free up that time in your calendar.
