Timma Credit in a nutshell 🥜
Timma Credit is a balance and payment method that your customers can use to pay for services available on the Marketplace. The amount on the gift card is transferred to Timma credits. 💕
The amount of Timma credit used at the payment stage will be deducted from the price of the service, either online or at the salon. Timma credit will be then reimbursed and paid back to your salon every month.
We want to spread the word of Timma with the help of Timma Credits, so you can get more customers to your salon!
How can the customers collect Timma Credits?
The credits can be collected by redeeming a campaign code from a marketing campaign or buying and redeeming a Timma gift card.
How to set an automatic Timma Credit paybacks?
Determine if you want the credits to be reimbursed to the salon's bank account or individual users bank account. Remember to add the salons business ID and bank account number in the Company Information for an automatic Timma Credit paybacks for the salon. Individual users can edit and add information only to their own profile when logged in on Timma Pro, the salon administrator can edit and add information to all users. Follow our step-by-step guide below.
You have two options for Timma Credit paybacks. Choose if you want the credits to be paid back straight to the salon's bank account or a rental chair users bank account.
Option 1: Timma Credit paid back to the salon's bank account
First save the salon's Business ID in your Company Information.
Go to Company > Information > Company Information > Business ID.
Next add the Salon's bank account number to Company Information
Go to Company > Information > Cashier settings > Bank account.
Remember to always save your selection by clicking "Save changes".
When the information above has been filled you can go to
More > Marketplace > User settings > Timma credit payback.
Select the salon and press save. The salon's Business ID and bank account number will be automatically copied.
Option 2: Timma Credit will be paid back to an individual user with Business ID
Add your Business ID and bank account number to the Profile -page for the automatic paybacks.
Go to Profile > Information > User Information > Fill out information in Business ID, Official business name and Bank account
Go to More > Marketplace > User settings> Timma credit payback
Choose the receiver for Timma credit paybacks.
Remember to always save your selection by clicking "Save changes".

Go to More > Marketplace > Statistics > Marketplace statistics.
