Worktimes is only avaliable for administrators and group administrators

  1. Worktime report

Go to More -> Worktimes

Here you will find the breakdown of the time used on each category.

You can choose to view the work time breakdown for all users, or choose specific users.

Workhours Total amount of working hours minus lunch breaks, personal time and sick leave

Bookings Total duration of bookings during working hours

Unreserved Total duration of free times in calendar during working hours

Breaks Total duration lunch breaks and personal time during working hours

Sickleaves Combination of sick leaves during working hours and sick leaves that are marked for empty days

Holidays Combination of holidays during working hours and holidays that are marked for empty days

Parental leaves Combination of parental leaves during working hours and parental leaves that are marked for empty days

Care of sick child Combination of care of sick child during working hours and care for sick child that are marked for empty days

Compensatory leave Combination of compensatory leaves during working hours and compensatory leaves that are markef for empty days

Evening bonuses Evening bonuses for weekdays

Saturday bonuses Bonuses for saturdays

Sunday bonuses Bonuses from sundays and puplic holiday

Click on the arrow on the right side of each user to see the breakdown for each day.

You can choose to view a specific day, week or month - or you can choose your own time period (bilde)

Customize evening and weekend bonuses

By clicking the settings button on the the top right you will be able to customize evening and weekend bonuses by adding percentage bonus or bonus in KR after a spesific time om the day.

2.Worktimes

Go to More -> Worktimes -> Worktimes

Under this tab you can change working hours for each user week by week.

By clicking the settings button on the top right you can edit/set default start and end for morning, afternoon and whole day worktimes.
