In Timma, the “cash register” refers to a built-in feature that manages all payment transactions for the business. It is not a physical cash register; instead, everything needed for payments and reporting is available directly through your Timma account.
Cash register functions are available both in the browser view and the mobile app. If multiple businesses operate in the same salon, the registers can be separated so that each entrepreneur manages only their own sales.
Receipts and sales reports 📎
Calendar appointments can be transferred to the cash register with a single click. A receipt is then created, which can either be printed or sent digitally to the customer. The register supports all common payment methods and also allows invoices to be created.
All receipts automatically form daily and monthly reports that compile everything needed for accounting.
Timma also includes sales statistics, making it easy to track and analyze how your business is developing.
Gift card Sales 💌
Gift cards can be easily sold and managed directly in Timma. Each gift card creates a unique code that can be given to the customer either through the receipt or written onto a separate gift card template.
The gift card list updates automatically, and reporting for gift cards is included together with other sales.
Product inventory and stock management 🧴
Product lists can be added to Timma either manually or by uploading a ready-made file provided by a product brand representative.
Product sales are automatically recorded through created receipts, keeping inventory levels up to date with minimal effort. Timma also significantly helps with inventory checks and tracking product sales statistics.

The biggest advantage of Timma Pay is its seamless integration with the Timma cash register. The modern terminal is wireless and runs on its own battery and internet connection, making it easy to take along for mobile appointments or off-site work.
Timma Pay payment solutions also include versatile online payment features. Online payment features are optional and do not require using the payment terminal.
