In Timma Pro, we have now improved the login to be more secure. Secure login is a way to secure your Timma Pro account and customer information by using strong authentication to log in (bank credentials, Mobile certificate). It provides better protection for your account and data than just a password.
How to do it?
First, you must verify your email address in Timma Pro by going to the Profile page > Information.
When the email address is not verified, it looks like this:

This way, we verify that you have a working email in your Profile in case you want to switch back to email + password login.
2. Go to Profile > Information > Security settings (at the bottom of the page)
Click “Set up now” and follow the instructions.
After that, you must click the “Go to identification” button.
There, you can select the preferred login method (e.g. your bank credentials Mobile certificate)
3. You have now set up Secure login for your user account. We will sign you off from all other devices.
How to log in to Timma Pro with Secure login?
Once you have set up Secure login for your user account, you can only log in with your bank credentials/Mobile certificate (SE/NO: BankID, DA: MitID).
Go to Timma Pro login page https://pro.timma.fi/#/login
Click the “Log in securely” button
Follow the steps and log in with your bank credentials (or BankID/MitID) into Timma Pro
Note!
Once the Secure login has been set successfully, you can only log in with that. That means you cannot use email and password login at the same time.
How to switch back to email + password login?
If you no longer want to use the Secure login anymore, you must turn it off from your Security settings in Profile > Information > Security settings (at the bottom of the page). You can do this by clicking the three dots menu and there ‘Turn off’.
Note!
If you work in multiple salons and therefore have more than one Timma Pro user account in use, you can only set up Secure login for one user account at a time for now.
