Getting started
If you already have an active Timma Pay account, you can enable online payments by following the topics below.
If you do not have a Timma Pay account, it must be created first. Please note that you can only create an account for a business that you own. To create the account, please open the Timma Pay -page under More.
Your business should be preselected here, but if it's not, choose it from the dropdown menu. After you see your business details, please click "Start setup".
Please select the features you would like to use. If you want to start using some of the features later on, you can do it from the Company or Profile -page.
You'll be asked to accept our payment service provider's terms of use, list of restricted products and services, and pricing.
After you have accepted these, you need to fill in some preliminary information. Most of this information has been pre-filled with the information you already have in Timma Pro. Please check them and choose your preferred payout schedule.
Great! We will check the information you have provided and you'll get an email when you can continue the process with the identification step.
Identification process
The regulations make the identification process (KYC = know-your-customer) mandatory. Payment service providers (PSP) need to verify the company with who they are working with. For Timma Pay the identification is handled via our partner Adyen's Hosted Onboarding Page and you can access it from the Timma Pay -page in Timma Pro.
You can read more about the identification process here.
